RoseAnn Bogart, owner and director of operations for Servers On Demand
RoseAnn Bogart, has been in this business since 1989, first working as a Server/Waitress, then Sous Chef and Grill Cook. She also took a part time job in accounting. She was then offered an Office Manager position in the catering field, which over saw all office and site relations. She accepted the position and went above and beyond the call of duty
Although she was content, she had a dream for something bigger and better. So, she fulfilled her aspirations and opened up her own staffing business in 1999. Ever since then she has been striving towards greatness through out the Bay Area. RoseAnn prides herself on her business. She is a great people person and is in business today due to her customers and their word of mouth.

Erica has been in the customer service field for over seven years. She has her AA degree and is currently attending San Jose State University. She has been with the company off and on for five years. However, she has been full-time for a year now. She started off as a server then moved into the office as the receptionist. Eventually she was given more responsibility and was able to learn the ins and outs of the business. Since she was great with people and good at customer service, she was then offered an Office Manager position. She gladly accepted. Now she oversees the functions in the office and the orders that come in.
"I like coming to work every day. It's not just another boring job. Sometimes it gets crazy with all the orders, but that's what makes it exciting. I also like my co-workers. We work as a team to get things done. The staff is also pleasant to work with."
Marina Perez
Field Specialist / Staff  Coordinator
Marina has worked with Servers On Demand for three years. She started off as a server. After she mastered that she began working in the office. She now staffs out all the incoming jobs whether it be for corporations or more intimate gatherings. She is an expert when it comes to staffing, scheduling and managing any special event.

Courtney has worked with Servers On Demand off and on since it opened in 1999. She recently started back with us again. Her main focus is sales and marketing. Her goal is to help expand the business.

Melissa Martinez Recepti onist
Melissa started off working only for the summer, but now she works part-time through out the year. She is also currently going to college full-time. She is a very friendly person. Her objective is to answer the phone and direct the calls to the appropriate person all in a timely manner.
"I enjoy being able to speak with many different people and helping them get the information they need."
